It's a Beautiful Day!

Today I shared on YouTube a pre-performance dance warmup that I've been doing for over a decade. I wanted everyone who's danced with me since I created it to feel that they're part of one big family, one story, one shared love of dance. Never mind that I forgot part of the second section, part of the third section, and the trivia question that was supposed to be embedded for my Winthrop students. Who cares that the preview photo they choose for me always makes me look like some sort of troll, LOL!

Be safe, be well, be kind, remember that all of us matter. There aren't some human beings who are expendable and others who aren't. We're all part of the dance.
